ABOUT ME My name is Lyn, and I'm a highly qualified Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist. My core training is in the field of hypnotherapy. Qualifications were gained at the Academy of Hypnotic Science, which is one of the few educationally recognized institutions for hypnotherapy in Victoria. I am also a full member of the AHA : Australian Hypnotherapists' Association, and registered with the NHRA: National Hypnotherapists Register of Australia My approach is to help clients discuss issues in a caring professional environment. I use a number of different therapies that are specifically tailored to each client. These therapies may include: - Hypnotherapy

- Teaching self hypnosis
A detailed case history is taken, and together personal goals are set. I will work with you to identify issues, approach situations from a different angle, facilitate positive change, and practice and learn new skills within a safe environment. You will find that with the methods I use, permanent positive change can happen very quickly. My emphasis is on improving your health and well-being, and providing you with positive long term strategies, so you can move forward with confidence and optimism.
